Government Code § 418.310","heading":"REPORT.","body":"(a) Not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year, the council shall submit to the legislature a report on the reliability and stability of the electricity supply chain in this state.\n(b) The report must include recommendations on methods to strengthen the electricity supply chain in this state and to decrease the frequency of extended power outages caused by a disaster in this state.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 426 (S.B. 3), Sec. 3, eff.
