Government Code § 418.354","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT.","body":"Not later than December 1 of each year, the division shall submit a report to the governor and the legislature that includes:\n(1) the number of first responders who received peer support through the network;\n(2) the number of peers trained, the number of first responders the peers served, and the retention rate of peers;\n(3) the number and location of regional network facilities in operation;\n(4) the number of critical incident events responded to by the network;\n(5) an evaluation of the services provided under this subchapter; and\n(6) recommendations for program improvements.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 708 (H.B. 35), Sec. 1, eff.
