Government Code § 418.401","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Designation program\" means the designation program established under this subchapter.\n(2) \"Declared disaster\" means:\n(A) a disaster declared by the president of the United States;\n(B) a state of disaster declared by the governor under Section 418.014; or\n(C) a local state of disaster declared by the presiding officer of the governing body of a political subdivision under Section 418.108.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 9 (H.B. 20), Sec. 2.01, eff.
