Government Code § 419.905","heading":"APPEAL OF COMMISSION DECISIONS.","body":"(a) A person dissatisfied with an action of the commission may appeal the action in accordance with Chapter 2001.\n(b) The attorney general, the district or county attorney, or an assistant of one of these persons shall represent the commission in an appeal under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 628, Sec. 4, eff.
