Government Code § 424.152","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"(a) This subchapter applies only to a critical infrastructure facility that is:\n(1) a public or private airport depicted in any current aeronautical chart published by the Federal Aviation Administration; or\n(2) a military installation owned or operated by or for this state or another governmental entity.\n(b) A critical infrastructure facility to which this subchapter applies is required to comply with the requirements of this subchapter only if the facility is awarded a grant under Section 424.154.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 655 (H.B. 4341), Sec. 1, eff.
