Government Code § 43.111","heading":"24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.","body":"(a) The voters of DeWitt, Goliad, and Refugio counties elect a district attorney for the 24th Judicial District who represents the state in that district court only in those counties.\n(b) The district attorney also represents the state in all cases before the 135th Judicial District Court in DeWitt, Goliad, and Refugio counties.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 606 (S.B. 891), Sec. 15.03(2), eff.
