Government Code § 43.136","heading":"69TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.","body":"(a) The voters of the 69th Judicial District elect a district attorney.\n(b) Any commissioners court in the district may supplement the state salary of the district attorney in an amount set by the commissioners court. In addition, a commissioners court may compensate the district attorney for the prosecution of misdemeanors in the manner and amount determined by the commissioners court.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
