Government Code § 432.032","heading":"JURISDICTION OF COURT-MARTIAL IN GENERAL.","body":"Each force of the state military forces has court-martial jurisdiction over a member of the force who is subject to this chapter. The Texas Army National Guard and the Texas Air National Guard have court-martial jurisdiction over all enlisted members subject to this chapter. The exercise of jurisdiction by one force over personnel of another force shall be in accordance with regulations prescribed by the governor.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
