Government Code § 432.113","heading":"REMISSION OR SUSPENSION.","body":"(a) A convening authority may remit or suspend any part or amount of the unexecuted part of a sentence, including all uncollected forfeitures.\n(b) The governor may, for good cause, substitute an administrative form of discharge for a discharge or dismissal executed in accordance with the sentence of a court-martial.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
