Government Code § 432.136","heading":"INSUBORDINATE CONDUCT TOWARD WARRANT OFFICER OR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER.","body":"A warrant officer or enlisted member shall be punished as a court-martial directs if the officer or member:\n(1) strikes or assaults a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of his office;\n(2) wilfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer; or\n(3) treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward a warrant officer or noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of his office.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
