Government Code § 432.137","heading":"FAILURE TO OBEY ORDER OR REGULATION.","body":"A person subject to this chapter shall be punished as a court-martial directs if the person:\n(1) violates or fails to obey a lawful general order or regulation;\n(2) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the state military forces that it is the person's duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or\n(3) is derelict in the performance of the person's duties.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
