Government Code § 434.0071","heading":"MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.","body":"The commission shall adopt a joint memorandum of understanding with the following governmental entities to coordinate the provision of services to state military veterans:\n(1) the Texas Workforce Commission;\n(2) the Veterans' Land Board; and\n(3) any other agency of the state that administers a program applicable only to veterans or the family members of veterans.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 175, Sec. 1, eff.
