Government Code § 436.057","heading":"DIRECTOR; STAFF.","body":"(a) The commission shall, subject to approval of the governor, hire a director to serve as the chief executive officer of the commission and to perform the administrative duties of the commission.\n(b) The director shall hire at least one full-time employee who is knowledgeable about or has experience with military installations.\n(c) The director may hire other staff within the guidelines established by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 3, eff.
