Government Code § 436.204","heading":"APPLICATION FOR GRANT.","body":"(a) A local governmental entity may apply for a grant under this subchapter to the commission on a form prescribed by the commission. The commission shall establish periodic application cycles to enable the evaluation of groups of applicants.\n(b) The commission may assist a local governmental entity in applying for a grant under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 777 (S.B. 1200), Sec. 11, eff.
