Government Code § 437.062","heading":"SALARIES.","body":"(a) The adjutant general is entitled to a salary in the amount designated in the General Appropriations Act.\n(b) A deputy adjutant general, general officer, or director of state administration employed under this chapter is entitled to a salary subject to the classification and salary schedule provisions defined in the General Appropriations Act.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1217 (S.B. 1536), Sec. 1.01, eff.
