Government Code § 437.304","heading":"ASSISTANCE.","body":"(a) Funds or other property or services may be solicited by or donated to a unit in the Texas State Guard by any public or private entity, including:\n(1) a state agency or department;\n(2) a political subdivision, including a county, municipality, or public school district; or\n(3) a special purpose district or authority.\n(b) A public school district may permit the Texas State Guard to use a school building.\n(c) The assistance solicited or received under this section is governed by the policies and regulations adopted by the adjutant general.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1217 (S.B. 1536), Sec. 1.01, eff.
