Government Code § 438.104","heading":"ADVISORY COMMITTEE OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The adjutant general or the adjutant general's designee serving on the advisory committee under Section 438.102(a)(5) shall serve as chair of the advisory committee.\n(b) The lieutenant governor shall designate one appointee to serve as vice chair of the advisory committee.\n(c) The advisory committee may elect additional officers from among its members.\n(d) The advisory committee shall establish and approve duties and responsibilities for advisory committee officers.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 94 (S.B. 2312), Sec. 1, eff.
