Government Code § 438.207","heading":"SUBPOENA.","body":"(a) The advisory committee may compel by subpoena the attendance of a relevant witness at a hearing or the production for inspection or copying of a record that is relevant to the advisory committee's duties under this chapter.\n(b) The advisory committee, acting through the attorney general, may bring an action in a district court to enforce a subpoena issued under Subsection (a) against a person who fails to comply with the subpoena.\n(c) The court shall order compliance with the subpoena if the court finds that good cause exists to issue the subpoena.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 94 (S.B. 2312), Sec. 1, eff.
