Government Code § 44.275","heading":"NAVARRO COUNTY.","body":"(a) The criminal district attorney of Navarro County shall attend each term and session of the district courts in Navarro County and shall represent the state in all criminal and civil cases in the district and inferior courts of the county.\n(b) The criminal district attorney has all the powers, duties, and privileges in Navarro County relating to criminal or civil matters involving the county or state that are conferred on county and district attorneys in the various counties and districts.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
