Government Code § 441.155","heading":"PLACEMENT AND REMOVAL OF RESOURCES.","body":"(a) The commission may place any historical resources in its custody in a depository or research center.\n(b) Subject only to an agreement under Section 441.154(i), the commission may remove historical resources in its custody from one depository or research center to another or to the state library in Austin if the commission determines that the removal would ensure the safety, preservation, or availability of the resources.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1248, Sec. 2, eff.
