The commission may make rules governing the granting or operating of concessions. The commission may establish and operate staff concessions, including salaries, consumable supplies and materials, operating expenses, rental and other equipment, and other capital outlays.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1245 (S.B. 1518), Sec. 5, eff.
