Government Code § 442.107","heading":"PUBLICATIONS ON HISTORIC SITES.","body":"(a) The commission may provide or sell information about historic sites described by Subchapter C to the public, including books, magazines, photographs, prints, and bulletins.\n(b) The commission may enter into contractual agreements for publication of information concerning historic sites described by Subchapter C.\n(c) The commission may receive royalties on commission-owned materials that are sold or supplied to others by the commission for publication.\n(d) Money received under this section shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the account from which expenses for the publication were paid.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1245 (S.B. 1518), Sec. 5, eff.
