Government Code § 442.152","heading":"PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION.","body":"(a) The foundation is a nonprofit historical association established under Section 442.005(p) for the purposes of supporting the operations of:\n(1) the Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site;\n(2) the Fanthorp Inn State Historic Site;\n(3) the Barrington Living History Farm State Historic Site; and\n(4) the Star of the Republic Museum State Historic Site.\n(b) The commission shall designate the foundation as the entity responsible for providing operational support for the sites described by Subsection (a) and engaging in related activities for, and providing financial support to, those sites.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 948 (H.B. 4187), Sec. 10, eff.
