Government Code § 442.303 (2)","heading":"FUNDING.","body":"(a) The commission shall establish an account into which gifts, grants, and other donations received by the commission for purposes of this subchapter may be deposited.\n(b) The commission may deposit money appropriated to the commission by the legislature for purposes of this subchapter into the account.\n(c) The commission may spend money in the account only for a purpose described by this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1122 (H.B. 5616), Sec. 1, eff.
