Government Code § 444.002","heading":"APPLICATION OF SUNSET, OPEN MEETINGS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES LAWS.","body":"(a) The Texas Commission on the Arts is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the commission is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2029.\n(b) The commission is subject to the open meetings law, Chapter 551, and the administrative procedure law, Chapter 2001.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
