Government Code § 448.052","heading":"TERMS.","body":"(a) Advisory commission members serve staggered six-year terms with the terms of three members expiring February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) An advisory commission member is eligible for reappointment to another term or part of a term.\n(c) An advisory commission member may not serve more than two consecutive terms. For purposes of this subsection, a member is considered to have served a term only if the member served two or more years of the member's term.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 897 (H.B. 3257), Sec. 1, eff.
