Government Code § 466.0161","heading":"REVIEW BY COMPTROLLER.","body":"(a) Annually, the comptroller shall review the management and operations of the lottery. The comptroller may examine books, records, documents, things, or persons as necessary for that purpose.\n(b) The comptroller shall report the results of the review to the governor, the lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of representatives.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 6.05, eff.
