Government Code § 466.021","heading":"DEMOGRAPHIC STUDIES.","body":"(a) The executive director shall, every two years, employ an independent firm experienced in demographic analysis to conduct a demographic study of lottery players. The study must include the income, age, sex, race, education, and frequency of participation of players.\n(b) The executive director shall report the results of the demographic study conducted under Subsection (a) to the commission, the governor, and the legislature before the convening of each regular legislative session.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 107, Sec. 4.03(b), eff.
