Government Code § 466.258","heading":"REQUIRED AGE VERIFICATION OF TICKET PURCHASER; CRIMINAL OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A licensed sales agent or an employee of a sales agent shall use an age verification process prescribed by commission rule to verify the age of each ticket purchaser at the point of sale.\n(b) A person who violates Subsection (a) commits an offense.
