Government Code § 466.305","heading":"SALE OF TICKET ON CREDIT.","body":"(a) A sales agent or an employee of a sales agent commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly sells a ticket to another person by extending credit or lending money to the person to enable the person to purchase the ticket.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 107, Sec. 4.03(b), eff.
