Government Code § 466.354","heading":"DUTIES OF COMPTROLLER.","body":"(a) The comptroller, in consultation with the director, shall establish procedures for the efficient implementation and operation of an electronic funds transfer system to meet the needs of the director under this chapter.\n(b) The comptroller periodically shall file reports with the executive director providing information regarding the revenue credited to the state lottery account, the investments of the money in the account, and the distributions made from the account.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 107, Sec. 4.03(b), eff.
