Government Code § 469.201","heading":"CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person may not perform a review or inspection function of the commission on behalf of the owner of a building or facility unless the person holds a certificate of registration issued under this subchapter.\n(b) This section does not apply to an employee of:\n(1) the department; or\n(2) an entity with which the commission contracts under Section 469.055.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 9.005(a), eff.
