Government Code § 469.203","heading":"APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY.","body":"(a) An applicant for a certificate of registration must file with the commission an application on a form prescribed by the executive director.\n(b) To be eligible for a certificate of registration, an applicant must satisfy any requirements adopted by the commission by rule, including education and examination requirements.\n(c) The executive director may recognize, prepare, or administer educational courses required for obtaining a certificate of registration.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 9.005(a), eff.
