Government Code § 469.205","heading":"ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) The executive director shall issue an appropriate certificate of registration to an applicant who meets the requirements for a certificate.\n(b) The executive director may issue a certificate of registration to perform review functions of the commission, inspection functions of the commission, or both review and inspection functions.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 9.005(a), eff.
