Government Code § 476.0201","heading":"REQUIRED INFORMATION.","body":"(a) A local organizing committee shall provide information required by the office to fulfill the office's duties under this subtitle, including:\n(1) annual audited statements of any committee financial records required by a site selection organization; and\n(2) data obtained by the committee relating to:\n(A) attendance at the games; and\n(B) the economic impact of the games.\n(b) A local organizing committee must provide any annual audited financial statement required by the office not later than the end of the fourth month after the last day of the period covered by the financial statement.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 301 (H.B. 4174), Sec. 1.01, eff.
