Government Code § 478.0101","heading":"PREREQUISITES FOR OFFICE ACTION.","body":"The office may not undertake any duty imposed by this chapter unless:\n(1) the municipality or county in which an event will be located submits a request;\n(2) the event meets the requirements for funding under Section 478.0051 and all other funding requirements under this chapter; and\n(3) the request is accompanied by documentation from a site selection organization selecting the site for the event.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 301 (H.B. 4174), Sec. 1.01, eff.
