Government Code § 481.009","heading":"REVIEW OF BONDS.","body":"(a) Bonds may not be issued under this chapter, and proceeds of bonds issued under this chapter may not be used to finance a project, unless the issuance or project, as applicable, has been reviewed and approved by the bond review board.\n(b) A member of the bond review board may not be held liable for damages resulting from the performance of the member's functions under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 4, Sec. 3.01, eff.
