Government Code § 481.406","heading":"RULEMAKING AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) The executive director may adopt rules relating to the implementation of any program established under this subchapter and any other rules necessary to accomplish the purposes of this subchapter.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 690 (H.B. 1515), Sec. 16(3), eff.
