Government Code § 481.601","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Disaster declaration\" means a declaration by the governor of a state of disaster under Section 418.014.\n(2) \"Fund\" means the small business disaster recovery revolving fund created under Section 481.606.\n(3) \"Small business\" has the meaning assigned by Section 481.401.\n(4) \"Trust company\" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 847 (S.B. 678), Sec. 1, eff.
