Government Code § 482.301","heading":"SPACE EXPLORATION AND AERONAUTICS RESEARCH FUND; ESTABLISHMENT.","body":"(a) The space exploration and aeronautics research fund is established to provide grants to eligible entities and for other purposes as provided by this chapter.\n(b) The fund is a trust fund outside the treasury with the comptroller and administered by the commission.\n(c) The fund is composed of:\n(1) gifts, grants, and donations provided to the commission; and\n(2) money from any source designated by the legislature.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 856 (H.B. 3447), Sec. 1, eff.
