Government Code § 482.609","heading":"BIENNIAL REPORT.","body":"Not later than December 31 of each even-numbered year, the executive committee shall submit to the commission a written report that includes for that biennium:\n(1) the activities and objectives of the consortium;\n(2) a synopsis of the funding and research opportunities identified by the consortium;\n(3) legislative recommendations, if any;\n(4) prospective grants or funding the consortium members expect to receive, if any; and\n(5) research accomplishments associated with the consortium, if any.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 856 (H.B. 3447), Sec. 1, eff.
