Government Code § 483.206","heading":"GRANT APPLICATION EVALUATION.","body":"The office shall evaluate each application for a grant under this subchapter based on:\n(1) the grant applicant's:\n(A) quality of services and management;\n(B) efficiency of operations;\n(C) access to resources essential for operating the project for which the grant is requested, such as land, water, and reliable infrastructure, as applicable;\n(D) application for or docketing of a permit or license with the regulatory commission; and\n(E) ability to repay the grant if project benchmarks are not met; and\n(2) the project's potential benefit to this state.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1067 (H.B. 14), Sec. 1, eff.
