Government Code § 490A.003","heading":"MEMBERS OF NETWORK.","body":"(a) The founding members of the network are:\n(1) the Texas Cooperative Extension of The Texas A\u0026M University System;\n(2) the IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin;\n(3) the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University;\n(4) the Department of Agriculture;\n(5) the Texas Workforce Commission;\n(6) the Texas Department of Rural Affairs;\n(7) the Texas Center for Rural Entrepreneurship;\n(8) the Texas Economic Development Council;\n(9) the Texas Center for Border Economic and Enterprise Development at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley;\n(10) the office of external affairs at Texas Southern University; and\n(11) the John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise at Baylor University.\n(b) An institution of higher education, chamber of commerce, economic development corporation, business, or organization with an interest in promoting entrepreneurship may join the network.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 593 (H.B. 1747), Sec. 1, eff.
