Government Code § 493.028","heading":"INSPECTOR GENERAL REPORT ON CRIMINAL OFFENSES.","body":"(a) In this section, \"special prosecution unit\" means the special prosecution unit established under Subchapter E, Chapter 41.\n(b) The inspector general of the department shall on a quarterly basis prepare and deliver to the board of directors of the special prosecution unit a report concerning any alleged criminal offense concerning the department and described by Article 104.003(a), Code of Criminal Procedure, that occurred during the preceding calendar quarter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 263 (S.B. 103), Sec. 17, eff.
