Government Code § 499.103","heading":"NOTICE TO INMATES.","body":"(a) The director of the institutional division shall prominently display in areas accessible to inmates housed in a unit for which the staff has recommended an increase in capacity copies of the recommendation and findings accompanying the recommendation.\n(b) The board shall establish a process by which inmates may comment on the recommendations and ensure that a written summary of inmate comments is available to each individual or entity that makes a determination under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 2, eff.
