Government Code § 508.0455","heading":"PAROLE PANEL DATA.","body":"(a) The board shall coordinate with the department to collect and analyze data on the release of inmates on parole, mandatory supervision, or medically recommended intensive supervision and the use of special conditions and graduated sanctions to evaluate outcomes and trends.\n(b) Using the data collected under Subsection (a), the board shall determine a method for evaluating the consistency of revocation decisions across all three-voter parole panels.\n(c) The board shall use its findings from the data collected under this section in developing the training required under Sections 508.041 and 508.042.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1022 (S.B. 2405), Sec. 77, eff.
