Government Code § 508.185","heading":"SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT.","body":"(a) A parole panel shall require as a condition of release on parole or release to mandatory supervision that an inmate who immediately before release is a participant in the program established under Section 501.0931 participate as a releasee in a drug or alcohol abuse continuum of care treatment program.\n(b) The Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse shall develop the continuum of care treatment program.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 12.01, eff.
