Government Code § 51.202","heading":"CLERK PRO TEMPORE; DEPUTY CLERK.","body":"(a) A court of appeals, when necessary, may appoint a clerk pro tempore.\n(b) With the approval of the court, the clerk may appoint deputy clerks as provided by legislative appropriation.
