Government Code § 51.306","heading":"RECORDING PROCEEDINGS OF MORE THAN ONE COURT.","body":"(a) A district clerk who has duties in more than one district court may combine the minutes of the civil business of the courts into one record. The clerk may also combine the minutes of the criminal business of the courts into a separate record.\n(b) The clerk shall enter the minutes into the appropriate record sequentially, regardless of the district court from which the business originates.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
