Government Code § 51.307","heading":"TRANSFERRED JUDGMENTS.","body":"If a district clerk receives a certified copy of a judgment rendered in a county court in which jurisdiction has been transferred to the district court, the district clerk shall immediately record the judgment in the minutes of the district court. The district court shall enforce the judgment in the same manner as judgments rendered in the district court.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
